Across all North American cities, Vancouver has consistently ranked #1 for livability and quality of life. More importantly, however, Vancouver has also been declared one of the top cities in the world for dogs.
As a result, we took our popular deco figurines around the city to scope out the best dog parks and beaches to bring your fur baby to on your next walk.
This large, grassy field just off the beach is a popular spot for dogs of all shapes, sizes, ages, and breeds. Bring a leash and mingle with other dog parents while your pups have the time of their lives. What’s more? You can also walk your dog along the tree-covered trails and venture over to the nearby duck pond for some added fun.
Looking for somewhere to go where you can let your pup off leash? You’re in luck! Pacific Spirit Park is a large urban forest with 73km of breathtaking off-leash trails and plenty of sites to sniff out.
It gets better… if you and your fur baby are looking to cool off after your walk, Spanish Banks Dog Beach and Acadia Beach are also off-leash and are located just a few minutes away.
Located on the shores of False Creek (just a brisk walk from our Vancouver showroom), Charleson Dog Park is an off-leash paradise! So let your pup(s) loose to frolic around with their newfound friends, and then hit the Seawall for a scenic walk to remember.
