Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at KARE Toronto!

 

ACCESSORY & SMALL ACCENTS PURCHASED IN-STORE

You have 7 calendar days to return a(n) regular price item(s) from the purchase date stated on receipt. Alternatively, you have 30 calendar days to exchange a(n) regular price item(s) from the purchase date stated on receipt or receive a store credit.

To be eligible for a return or exchange on your regular priced item(s), it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in the original packaging, with original receipt.

The amount of purchase will be returned in the same method as the original payment provided. For cash returns over $100 the remaining balance will be mailed to you by cheque requiring a signature on arrival within 30 business days.

Please note: returns can take 3 to 5 business days to process and appear in your records.

Purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.

All SALE items & Floor Models are final sale.

 

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS

At KARE Toronto, SPECIAL ORDER furniture pieces and large accents can be returned with original receipt, within 7 calendar days of pick up or delivery. Special order returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee of the item(s). Delivery costs as well as shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.

You have 72 hours from purchase time to cancel a special order via phone call, email or in person. If a special order is cancelled after 72 hours you will be charged 20% of the item’s retail value as a penalty along with any stated shipping & handling fees.

We request that you provide KARE Toronto with a minimum of 24-hour notice for special order returns on furniture and large accents to prepare for the return.
