Yes, exactly! The reason is: The soft material flatters us and its surface brings a mysterious glow on every upholstered furniture through the iridescent light reflection of the fibers. Some time it had become quiet around the velvet fabric. The material once was very expensive due to its elaborate production and therefore was reserved for the wealthy. Now velvet is celebrating its big comeback in fashion and interior design. Velvet brings a touch of elegance and luxury in every home. What’s new is to combine velvet with retro shapes and modern clear-line furniture.
