The work – The world of KARE furnishing trends is diverse and fascinating. The areas in which you can work in retailing are just as diverse and fascinating. At KARE you are given commercial tasks in the shop with responsibility for sales, creativity, purchasing, storekeeping and customer service.

The training – Every year KARE has 4-6 vacancies for trainees in Munich. As a rule training with Chamber of Commerce qualifications takes 3 years. During this time trainees get to know all operational areas in the various KARE shops. KARE’s furnishing boutiques and furniture stores provide very different environments.

The requirements – In order to apply for a position as trainee in retailing you require a good school leaving certificate with good grades in German, maths and English. Computer skills and commercial understanding will be an advantage, together with initial practical experience gained during work experience in the commercial field. You should enjoy working as part of a team, have good communication skills and be able to develop a passion for furnishing trends.

You should also give short reasons why you are interested in this type of career with KARE. A preliminary selection will be made on the basis of the applications we receive. The work – The world of KARE furnishing trends is diverse and fascinating. The areas in which you can work in our wholesaling operations are just as diverse and fascinating. At KARE you are given commercial tasks with responsibility for purchasing, sales, shipping, accounts and customer service.

The training – Every year KARE has 2-3 vacancies for trainees in Garching – Hochbrück. As a rule training with Chamber of Commerce qualifications takes 2.5 years. During this time trainees get to know all the relevant operational areas in various departments at KARE. You get to know the operations and functions of the wholesaler in all their aspects, and also have daily contacts with customers.

The requirements – In order to apply for a position as trainee in wholesaling you require a good school leaving certificate with good grades in German and maths to be concluded by the summer of 2016, together with a good command of written and spoken English. Further foreign languages will also be useful. Computer skills and commercial understanding will be an advantage, together with initial practical experience gained during work experience in the commercial field. You should enjoy working as part of a team, have good communication skills and be able to develop a passion for furnishing trends.

At KARE you will be given creative tasks to carry out on your own responsibility in sales promotion design together with the presentation of goods, products and services at retail outlets and trade fairs, advertising, events, PR work and promotions. You will work in our showroom, at trade fairs and directly with our retailers in Germany and abroad.

The training – Every year KARE has 1-2 vacancies for trainees in Garching – Hochbrück. As a rule training with Chamber of Commerce qualifications takes 2.5 years. During this time trainees get to know all the relevant operational areas. They learn with their own hands to create appealing settings which will promote sales and will enable our out-of-the-ordinary products to make an impact on trend-conscious customers right round the world.

The requirements – To apply for a vacancy as a trainee visual marketing designer you should have a good school leaving certificate with a very good command of written and spoken English, be good at creating things with your hands, ready to travel and have a driving licence. Initial practical experience in working with fabrics, paint and wood which has been acquired during work experience in the design field will be an advantage. You should enjoy working as part of a team, have good communication skills and be able to develop a passion for furnishing trends.

Initial and further training for Bachelor Professional (CCI) of Trade and Commerce (m/f)

Training for Bachelor Professional (CCI) of Trade and Commerce KARE Munich

 

The work – The world of KARE furnishing trends is diverse and fascinating. The areas in which you can work in retailing with a bachelor’s degree in commerce and trade are just as diverse and fascinating. At KARE you are given commercial tasks in the shop with responsibility for sales management, creative and marketing processes, purchasing, storekeeping and customer service.

The training – Every year KARE has 2-4 vacancies for trainees in Munich. As a rule training leading to Chamber of Commerce qualifications takes 33 months and covers the state-recognised qualifications of retail management, training qualifications and a bachelor’s degree in commerce and trade. During this time you get to know all operational areas by working in the various KARE shops and departments. KARE’s furnishing boutiques and furniture stores provide very different environments.

The requirements – The parallel theoretical/practical course in commerce and trade is open to applicants with a school-leaving certificate qualifying them for higher studies at university or technical university and lasts 33 months. Computer skills and commercial understanding will be an advantage, together with good foreign language skills and initial practical experience gained during work experience or part-time employment in the commercial field. You should enjoy working as part of a team, have good communication skills and be able to develop a passion for furnishing trends.
