While we strive for accuracy, errors in pricing or product details may occasionally occur. If an item is mispriced:
If the correct price is lower, you will be charged the lower amount.
If the correct price is higher, your order will be cancelled, and we will notify you of the correct price. You may choose to reorder at the accurate price.
Return Policy
🛍️ No refunds, price adjustments, or exchanges on sale/discounted items.
You have 14 business days to exchange regular-priced items or receive a credit.
To qualify:
✔️ Items must be in original condition & packaging
✔️ A receipt is required
✔️ Refunds are processed using the same payment method
🔹 Large Item Returns: Notify the store two business days in advance for accommodations.
🔹 KARE Johannesburg reserves the right to decline returns/exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
Returns for Shipping & Delivery Issues
🚚 No refunds on shipping fees.
If your order arrives damaged:
1️⃣ Keep the packaging
2️⃣ Take clear photos
3️⃣ Notify us within 48 hours
⚠️ If you use your own courier, we are not responsible for damages and cannot process refunds or returns.
💻 Placing an Order
Click the REQUEST button on the product page to connect with our sales team. A team member will provide assistance and/or a quotation within 1-2 business days.
📌 For items not in stock in Johannesburg, a 75% deposit is required to secure your order.
🚛 Order Tracking & Delivery
Our Logistics Team will update you throughout the order process.
All products undergo a quality inspection before leaving our facility.
Delivery is available at an additional fee.

Ordering & Payment
❓ How long does pre-order delivery take?
✔️ In-stock item purchases: Immediate pickup
✔️ Website pre-order items: 10-16 weeks (dependent on availability)
✔️ In-stock items shipping & delivery: 2-5 business days
❓ Can I pick up my product?
✔️ Yes! Same-day pickup is available for in-stock items.
❓ Can someone else pick up my order?
✔️ Yes, please notify the sales consultant in advance.
Storage
❓ Do you offer storage?
✔️ We can hold items for up to 7 working days.
✔️ After that, a R150/day storage fee applies.
⚠️ If an unpaid reserved item is not collected within 7 days, it will be released for sale.
🚫 No refunds on deposits for uncollected stock after the storage period expires. Instead, store credit (minus storage fees) will be issued.

❓ Does my product require assembly?
✔️ Check for a wrench icon on the product page.
✔️ Assembly instructions and necessary tools are provided.
✔️ If you need pre-assembled pickup, inform us in advance.
❓ Do your products have a warranty?
✔️ Most items come with a 1-year warranty (unless stated otherwise).
🚫 Not covered: Wear & tear, accidental damage, improper use, or exposure to outdoor conditions.
🧾 Original receipt required for all claims.
❓ Are all website products available in-store?
✔️ Not all 5,000+ KARE products are stocked locally. Orders for unstocked items are placed in advance as pre-orders.
