If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount.
If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you of the price error and order cancellation. You will, of course, have an opportunity to purchase the item at the correct price, if you so wish.
All SALE and discounted items are FINAL sale. No price adjustments, exchanges or refunds on sale items.
You have 14 business days to exchange a regular-priced item(s) or receive a store credit. For returns or exchanges, the item(s) must be in the original condition and packaging, with a receipt. The purchase amount will be returned in the same method as the original payment. To return larger items please notify the store 2 business days prior so we can accommodate your request. At any time KARE Johannesburg has the right to refuse a return or exchange.
There are no refunds on any additional services, delivery or shipping fees. In the unlikely event that item(s) arrive damaged, please retain all packaging, take pictures and notify us within 48 hours to report to our claim department. In the event that a client chooses to make use of their own shipping or courier company, refunds or returns on items arriving damages will not be done.

KARE offers over 5,000 furniture and accessories options as you will see on our website. For products that are not in stock in our boutique-style showroom, a website order will need to be placed as per the above process and a 75% deposit will be required.
Our dedicated Logistics team will keep website order clients informed throughout the arrival process. All products are carefully inspected for quality assurance before being given to customers. We also offer delivery options at an additional fee.

Shipping fees are calculated by total order weight and shipping location. Some oversize pieces may be subject to additional shipping charges due to size and distance. Q: How long does it take to receive my product?
A: Products from the showroom can be purchased immediately. Website orders are dependent on availability and can range from 10-16 weeks. Purchases requiring delivery or shipping will be coordinated by our Logistics team at the earliest available date (1-5 business days in most cases). We collectively work with our customers to provide a smooth delivery process. If there are any special requests, we will do our best to accommodate them.
Q: Can I pick up my product in store?
A: Yes, you can pick up your product as early as the same day if it is in stock. We are committed to providing a smooth process so if you have any special requests, we will do our best to accommodate them.
Q: Can someone pick up my product for me?
A: Yes, you can contact the store prior to the pick-up informing the staff regarding the person collecting on your behalf.
Q: Does your store have parking?
A: Yes, parking is located in front of our store.
Q: Do you offer storage facilities?
A: KARE Johannesburg does not offer storage facilities, therefore items purchased or reserved will only be held on the premises for a maximum of 7 working days, whereafter a storage fee of R120 per day will be charged. Items reserved and not paid for within 7 days will be made available for purchasing, unless prior arrangement with store management. No refunds will be done on deposits paid for stock not collected after the arranged storage period has lapsed. Store credit will be offered for the amount, after storage fees have been deducted
Q: How do I know if my product requires assembly?
A: If your product requires assembly, you will see a wrench icon and download button on the main product webpage. We will also provide you with a paper copy of the instructions and any necessary screws with select purchases. If you require us to assemble a product before collection, please inform us accordingly.
Q: Do your products have a warranty?
A: The majority of our products carry a one-year warranty (unless specified otherwise). This is valid from the date you receive or take the product home. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear such as, but not limited to: cuts, scratches, damage caused by impact or accidents, discolouration, shrinkage, fabric pilling, misshapen filling materials and stains, products that have been stored, assembled or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, or cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods and/or cleaning products, are not covered by this guarantee. This guarantee does not apply if the product has been placed outdoors or in a harsh environment. This guarantee does not cover consequential or incidental damage. The original receipt is required for all claims and is non-transferrable. The guarantee is void on sale items.

Q: Are all the products on your website available?
A: Yes, however, KARE Johannesburg is a boutique showroom and does not stock the entire KARE range of over 5,000 products. For all items on our website, a website order can be placed for delivery from our designer warehouse in Germany. New collection products often have a longer wait time than core collection products due to higher demand.
Q: How do I know if the product will fit in my space?
